This 6 week programme is designed to help you:

  • Transform your thoughts from negative to neutral to positive

  • Become comfortable in your own skin
  • Build up the confidence to wear the clothes you love
  • Learn to like what you see in the mirror
  • Enjoy feeling more attractive


The programme is completely tailored to you. However, to give you an idea of what's involved, here is an example of how the weeks could be geared towards your desired outcome.

Week 1: Awareness

  • Understand the role of your subconscious mind
  • Becoming AWARE of how you view your body.
  • Challenge your perceived ‘imperfections’
  • Learn to transform your negative thoughts to neutral ones
  • Focus on the aspects of your appearance you like

Week 2: Clarity/Feelings

  • Gain clarity on how you WANT to feel in your body.
  • Create an action plan to turn your wants into reality
  • Learn a powerful process to start appreciating your body
  • Transform your neutral thoughts into positive ones
  • Understand the importance of forgiving your body

Week 3: Love + Respect

  • Discover what your body needs to thrive
  • Create a realistic self-care routine
  • Begin nurturing your body
  • Learn when to say no and how to set boundaries
  • Begin to see yourself through loving eyes

Week 4: Making Peace With The Mirror

  • Make peace with the image looking at you in the mirror
  • Begin to see yourself through positive eyes
  • Discover how to avoid body-hatred creeping in
  • Re-programme your mind to like what you see in the mirror
  • Know how to accept compliments (and why you need to)

Week 5: Signature Style

  • Discover your Style Personality
  • Learn the magic of wearing your best colours
  • Inject life into your every-day outfits
  • Learn how to create your own Signature Style
  • Gain the confidence to wear whatever you want!
  • Pick my brains – I was a personal stylist for 6 years!

Week 6: Embrace Your Beauty

  • Learn a range of tools to enable you to extinguish any negative thoughts that might arise in the future
  • Speak to yourself as a best friend
  • Embrace your unique beauty in simple steps every single day!
  • Create an action plan to continue your journey to body-love

Why Me?


Why Me?


The way I used to view my body was not only a constant source of upset and anxiety, but my number 1 excuse for putting my life on hold. I was waiting for the "perfect" body. Then (and only then) would I start to put all the plans I had into action.

One day I scratched my face because I was so angry with the way it looked. As I crumbled into a pile on the floor I knew I had to do something about it. I wasn't getting any younger and the older I became the more unhappy I was with my face and body.


Whilst I had improved my inner-confidence, I knew that until I stopped seeing my body as my nemesis I was never going to achieve what I was capable of... in my business or personal life. 

I made it my mission to transform how I felt about my body. To be honest, I felt like I was stumbling around in the dark. I even tried a hypnotist but when I told him that I felt ugly his response was: "But you know that's not true, right?" Well NO I didn't! That was the reason I was there. I didn't want people to tell me I looked attractive...I wanted to FEEL attractive!  I studied many confidence books but not enough of them focused solely on BODY confidence. 

To cut a long story short - I did it! I learn how to see myself through eyes of love (I know that sounds corny but it's true).

Was it easy? No!

Was it worth it? You bet!

But you don't need to stumble around in the dark.

In my 8 year journey from body-hatred to body-acceptance to body-love, I trained as an Image Consultant, EFT/Trapping Practitioner and Confidence Coach.


And I want to do this in just 42 days.
