I’ve been where you are. Before I get to my story, let's start with real results I’ve already helped many clients to finally learn to love and accept their body: 

  • I've helped one client, whose body-confidence was at an all-time low after her husband cheated on her, to stop seeing herself as 'ugly and unattractive'. In a matter of weeks she retrained her brain to see how attractive she actually is. (She has since ended the relationship and is happier in herself than she has ever been.) 
  • One client in her 50's who had been single for over 20 years couldn't see what she had to bring to a relationship. She learnt to see her beauty on the inside and out. As a result, she signed up to Internet dating site and is engaged to the man of her dreams!
  • I've helped countless clients have the confidence to be VISIBLE showing up in their business both online and off. I'm talking Facebook lives from women who used to duck out of family photos. 
  • One client who, after years of bullying at school, had learnt to see herself as 'repulsive'. Working together, she learnt to see herself as the attractive woman is really she is. She now writes a blog and regularly posts images of herself on there and social media - something she NEVER did before.
  • When Phillipa (the gorgeous girl in the photo) came to me, she saw herself as overweight and unattractive. She learnt how to love her body and sent me this photo to show how far she had come. (Thank you my love - I'm so proud of you and delighted you now see what everyone else always did!)

It no longer surprises me: EVERY woman I ever worked with when I was a Personal Stylist did NOT see herself in the way that I saw her. That's why I trained to become a Confidence Coach in 2012 - I wanted to help women to stop the self-criticism and embrace themselves and their bodies fully. We are all our own worst critics until we learn how to change our mindset and adopt new patterns of behaviour.

+ WHEN DOES THE PROGRAMME START?

Immediately! As soon as you purchase, you'll get sent an email with the link to access Module 1.

+ DO I GET ALL 6 MODULES STRAIGHT AWAY?

No. I have created the programme with a structure that I have found is most beneficial to my clients. You will get immediate access to Module 1 and then 7 days later you will get sent access to Module 2. Every 7 days you will receive a new Module until you have received all 6. I've done this so you can immerse yourself in the workbook and training for that week.

+ I'M NOT VERY COMPUTER 'SAVVY' IS THAT OK?

Yes, don't worry, I have made each module easily downloadable. The workbooks can be filled in on your computer - you just need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. Alternatively, you can print them out and fill them in by hand.

No client has ever had ALL of these exercises. This is my first online programme and is presented differently and contains even more up-to date information, training and resources. It's also my only programme that focuses entirely on BODY CONFIDENCE. That being said, mindset work is like the gym for our brain; you can always make it stronger. + CAN CHILDREN TAKE THIS COURSE?

Whilst I have worked with many children and teenagers, not all of this content is suitable for under 18s. The reason being that many of the exercises involve having the freedom to make decisions about lifestyle choice. So no, this is not suitable for anyone under 18.

When training to be a coach, I remember my mentor telling us to create a programme we would love to participate in. THIS is what I craved years ago when I hated what looked back at me in the mirror. THIS COURSE includes everything I've learnt about accepting and growing to love my body over the last 10 years all rolled into one and everything I teach my clients.

My journey from body-hatred to body-love transformed my entire life. But it took me years because I didn't know what I was doing!! I created this so it doesn't have to take you year - you can learn how to transform the way you view their body in a matter of weeks/months!

I've created it as an online course because I get requests from women around the world and I want to make it accessible to all. I have heavily reduced the price to make it affordable for people who aren't ready/able to invest in 1:1 coaching.

WHO IS THIS NOT FOR?

This course is NOT suitable for anyone who has a mental health condition including: eating disorders, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, depression or bipolar. Body Image issues can trigger all sorts of emotions and due to the self-study format of this training, I recommend that you seek one-to-one support so you can be monitored.

MY JOURNEY: FROM BODY-HATRED

Love-Your-Body

As a teenager I was told that I was: fat, ugly and stupid. I believed and wore all three titles. As an adult, I was even more self-conscious and felt on edge much of the time. The way I viewed my body became not only a constant source of anxiety, but my number 1 excuse for putting my life on hold. I was waiting for the "perfect" body. Then (and only then) I'd start to put all the plans I had into action. Can you relate?

6 years ago I was ill; in a relationship with a man I didn’t trust (he had cheated on me but I blamed myself because I thought it must have been my fault because I wasn't attractive enough!); my business was a flop; I was broke and living at my parents. I was beyond frustrated. 

...TO BODY-LOVE

On my 30th birthday I decided something had to change. I made it my mission to transform how I felt about my body. I did the mindset work, I hired a coach. I read every book I could get my hands on to do with increasing confidence. I hired a life coach. I trained to become an EFT practitioner (just for my own healing at that time). 

When I began to see my body differently and treat it with love rather than contempt, the biggest thing I noticed was that I stopped 'being in my head'. 

Instead:

  1. I relaxed and enjoyed social situations more. 
  2. I started new hobbies. I took myself off to dance classes: ballet, tap and hip hop. I got drum lessons - so much fun!
  3. I enjoyed my own company.
  4. I lightened up. I laughed at myself. I used to be so serious and defensive.
  5. I started dating. I signed up for Internet dating and had such a blast. Instead of worrying about what they thought of me, I relaxed and enjoyed the date. 
  6. My Image Consultancy business boomed! Before that I was too concerned that I needed to look a certain way. This severely limited the results I had in my business because I was terrified of judgement. I procrastinated and hid behind my laptop.  Learning to love my body enabled me to 'get out there'. I ran workshops; spoke to roomfuls of women; contacted and appeared in newspapers. I even walked into high street stores in London and told them I wanted to run an event there. 
  7. I stopped trying to look like the 'perfect' Image Consultant and just wore whatever the heck I wanted. 

THAT'S THE POWER OF DISCOVERING HOW TO LOVE YOUR BODY!

I've since trained to become a Confidence Coach and now help other women to transform their mindset and learn to love their body. 

P.S. I don't think I am model material and I certainly don't go 'round telling everyone how gorgeous I think I am. That's not loving your body - that's being conceited and they are two very different things. Learning to Love Your Body is about accepting yourself exactly as you are and saying: "Screw it, I am going to BE, DO and WEAR whatever I want." Now that's liberating.
