Body Confidence Programme Overview...


I'm in my zone; creative juices flowing!! This week I have been busy creating the 6 workbooks for my 6-week course to Love Your Body. Plus writing the script for each week's audios and videos!

Having analysed the results of my Body Confidence Survey, I have planned out the 6 weeks. So far, it looks like this is the overview:

Week 1- Awareness

  • Becoming AWARE of how you view your body.
  • Understand the impact your words have on the way you think, act, feel and even LOOK.
  • How to change from a negative to neutral mindset (and why the leap is too great otherwise).
  • Audio explaining all of the above.
  • A workbook of exercises to work through.
  • An EFT/Tapping video to begin releasing any feelings of body-hatred.

Week 2 - Clarity/Feelings

  • Get crystal clear on how you WANT to feel about your body. This may sound obvious but the majority of people only know how they don't want to feel i.e. 'fat', 'disgusting'. 
  • Discover your Core Desired Feelings and learn how to take action to make this a reality.
  • This week even includes making a gorgeous Pinterest board!! Woohoo (anyone else in love with Pinterest!?).
  • Audio explaining all of the above.
  • A workbook of exercises to work through.
  • An EFT/Tapping video to help cement you into your neutral mindset and eliminate the negative.

Week 3 - Setting boundaries

  • Why you need to set boundaries to ensure you are taking care of your body (this is NOT about healthy eating and exercise!).

  • How to develop a self-care routine when you're run-ragged.

  • Learn when to say no for your own good!

  • Understanding that when you love yourself first you then have more love to give to others.

  • Audio explaining all of the above.

  • A workbook of exercises to work through.

  • EFT/Tapping video to release any feeling of guilt that might try to rear its ugly head.

Week 4 - Making peace with the mirror.

  • How to like the image reflected back at you. 

  • What you need to do when standing in front of the mirror to avoid the body-hatred creeping in,

  • How to create powerful affirmations to transform from neutral to POSITIVE body-image.

  • Audio explaining all of the above.

  • A workbook of exercises to work through.

  • Plus an EFT/tapping video to help peace  with the mirror an easier task!

Week 5 - Your SIGNATURE STYLE.

I decided it would be ludicrous not to include elements from my time as an Image Consultant. One of the things that the survey showed was that women want to confidence to wear whatever the heck they want. This is your chance to get that confidence! Week 5 will be packed full of tips and tricks on breathing life into your wardrobe so you can have fun with your new-found body-confidence.

  • Insider knowledge: I was a Personal Stylist and Image Consultant for 7 years!
  • Take my bespoke 'Style Personality' Quiz to help you know exactly what style preference you lean towards.
  • Understand how colour changes your appearance (yes really!)
  • Think colour, accessories, bras, fun and...Pinterest. (I don't get commission from them, I promise!)
  • Audio explaining all of the above.
  • A workbook of exercises to work through.
  • A video to talking through how to dress to flatter your body - lots of tips and tricks of the trade!

Week 6 - Learning to embrace your own beauty.

  • Putting everything from the last 5 weeks into practice! 
  • Create your bespoke action plan to move forth with love and acceptance.
  • Access to a 'Mind Movie' (created by me) to continue reprograming your mind to love and accept your body.
  • Audio explaining all of the above.
  • A workbook of exercises to work through.
  • EFT to obliterate any lingering and pesky limiting beliefs about your body.

WHILST I MAKE NO GUARANTEES, I CAN PROMISE THAT (IF YOU DO ALL THE EXERCISES) YOU WILL NEVER LOOK AT YOUR BODY IN THE SAME WAY AGAIN!!

I'm excited.

When training to be a coach, I remember my mentor Gina Devee telling us to create a programme we would love to attend. THIS is what I craved 7 years ago when I hated what looked back at me in the mirror. THIS is everything I have learnt about accepting your body over the last 8 years all rolled into one.
